Jianlin Dai(戴健林)，Ph.D(South China Normal University,1999),and Prof. of Psychology and Educational Management.Teaching courses included Organizational Behavior in Education,Organizational Behavior(Management Psychology),Educational Sociology,Social Psychology, Psychology,etc.Ever had visited Vanderbilt University in the United States for project communication in 2006. Published more than 60 papers, and written as an independent author or first author or edited as the editor-in-chief for 8 monographs and textbooks, among which the textbook "Wu Jianglin Social Psychology" was rated as a national planning textbook for general higher education. Besides, ever served as Vice President of the 7th and 8th Chinese Society of Social Psychology (2010-2018) and as an editorial board member of Social Psychological Research, etc.
